Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Items
To be considered for return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable)
  • Be supported by a valid proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be approved.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout

Additionally, final sale items cannot be returned, including:

  • Discounted or clearance products
  • Gift cards

2. Return Request & Shipping Process

Submitting a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at: service@glozax.com. After reviewing your request, we will notify you if it is approved.

Once Approved

  • You will receive a return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions will be provided regarding how and where to send your item

⚠️ Important
Returns sent without prior approval or without using the provided return label will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

3. After We Receive Your Return

Inspection & Refund Confirmation
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected. You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days
  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refund appears in your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at service@glozax.com.

4. Exchanges

Glozax does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original order
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product

This approach allows faster processing and ensures accurate inventory availability.

5. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery.

During this time, you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must remain unused and unworn
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

This right applies independently of Glozax’s standard 30-day return policy.
