Order Processing and Shipping Charges
After your payment is successfully confirmed, orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. This processing period includes order verification, quality control, and packaging. During high-demand periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly, but we make every effort to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before your order is finalized. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the shipping fees presented at that time.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the product category and shipping destination. Products are generally delivered within approximately 4-7 business days after shipment.
All orders ship from the United States warehouse. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, destination, weather, customs, or other factors beyond Glozax’s control.
Shipment Tracking
After your order leaves our fulfillment facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear once the package is in transit. Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a problem with delivery.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with state and local regulations. If international shipping is available, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Glozax does not control customs processes and is not responsible for delays, fees, or holds caused by customs inspections or regulations in the destination country.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
To ensure timely delivery, orders begin processing shortly after payment confirmation. If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at service@glozax.com.
Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Glozax cannot guarantee modifications after this point.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take shipping issues seriously. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
If a shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Glozax will work with you to arrange a replacement or alternative solution at no additional cost, subject to verification.
